1. Our commitment

Sky Trucking Academy is committed to making our website and online courses accessible to learners with diverse needs, including drivers who may use mobile devices, screen readers, or assistive technologies.

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines for the storefront and work with content authors to support captions, readable text, and keyboard navigation in course materials.

2. Storefront accessibility

Our public website uses high-contrast colors, larger base text (18px), clear focus states, and semantic HTML. Primary actions use descriptive labels and meet minimum touch-target sizes on mobile.

3. Course content

Video lessons are intended to include captions. If you encounter uncaptioned media, please contact support so we can prioritize remediation.

PDFs and downloads are provided in accessible formats when possible. Alternative formats may be available on request.

4. Assistive technology

We test core storefront flows with modern browsers and common assistive tools. The learning platform (Moodle) has its own accessibility features; contact us if you need help navigating learner tools.

5. Feedback and accommodations

If you experience a barrier to access, need an accommodation, or want to report an accessibility issue, please contact us with the page or course name and a description of the problem. We will respond within five business days.

6. Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review new features against our design standards and update this statement as we make improvements.
